Big hi to the gardeners!
I hope all your gardens are flourishing and that you are all doing well.
Attached are most all the gardeners’ contacts. [Note: These are not posted on the internet.] Please review your’s to see if I got it right and let me know and I will update them if need be. We still would like the names and contacts of all those who will be gardening in the community plots - Cassero, Seckinger and Kobelin. Please send as soon as you are able and I will amend the contact list.
The composting workshop for May 3, Saturday from 11-1 is coming together. We hope to confirm soon and there is already some advertising ready to go!
The first meeting and potluck of the community gardeners will be May 18, Sunday beginning at 4 pm. (Would it be possible to do “waste-free”??)
I’ve submitted all the questions and suggestions from the opening meeting to the Recreation department and am waiting for a response. I see gardeners brought hoses,
that’s great.
Please call or email with questions, needs, suggestions, agenda items for the garden before the next meeting.
